About The Bear
I am the main author, editor of Bearly Politics and a man who pretends that he is a bear (but who is also, in fact, a Bear by gay classification). The purpose of this site is manifold - sometimes I'll write about politics, sometimes the media, sometimes something tiny that’s annoyed me and sometimes, very cringily, myself. I try to do all this with a bit of wit (that's hopefully not overbearing - see what I did there), a light peppering of swearing and by doing a critical analysis on what's happening on a day-to-day basis in our lives.
Whether you're an always-on political junkie (guilty) or you're just trying to make sense of the absolute madness that's today's world, you're in the right place.
